Leader Of WWTP-HSE

II. JOB PURPOSE

Responsible as an operator and ensuring the WWTP system runs smoothly, ensuring the quality of the WWTP system output is in accordance with regulations & maintenance standards. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, improve workplace safety, and protect employee health and well-being.

III. MAIN DUTIES

• Responsible for safe operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of WWTP system.

• Follow all safety regulation, Standard of Operational (SOP), maintenance, and housekeeping policies and procedures for the WWTP system.

• Maintenance of machines and supporting tools so that the production process is not hampered.

• Create report of maintenance and repair of machine and reporting to Superior.

• Measurement and analysis according to the SOP for operating the WWTP system.

• Developing, implementing, and updating HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

****Policy Development

• Leading investigations into accidents, incidents, or near misses to determine root causes and develop corrective and preventive actions.

• Developing and implementing emergency response plans to address potential environmental and safety incidents.

• Daily data input to the system for operating the WWTP system.

***Administration

• Communication between shift member with other section.

• Communication with other department.

• Identifying and assessing potential environmental, health, and safety hazards in the workplace. ***Developing strategies to mitigate risks and prevent accidents or incidents.

• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in HSE performance and implementing strategies to enhance overall safety and environmental sustainability.

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations.

***Managerial/Non Managerial

• This involves staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry standards.

• Providing HSE training to employees at all levels to ensure they are aware of safety protocols, environmental responsibilities, and emergency procedures.

• Analyzing HSE performance data and preparing reports for management. Identifying trends and areas for improvement.

• Effectively communicating HSE policies, procedures, and expectations to employees, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Minimum 2 (two) years Practical experience in health, safety, and environmental management. and Leadership or managerial experience for HSE.

• Willing to work in non shift

• Willing to work in Factory in Phu My 3, Ba Ria Vung Tau.

• Able to work with teams and individuals, healthy physically and mentally

• Able to operate computer: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power points)

• Able to speak English (writing, reading)
