- Led a team of software engineers capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Creating and delivering high-quality technical solutions that meet their specific needs during the design, development, build, and deployment phases.
- Communicate with the line manager about the progress, challenges, timelines, and deliverables
- Guide and mentor other team members.
- Provide high-level troubleshooting support as needed to address end-user experience issues and functionality errors.
- Be hands-on whenever possible.
- Other duties assigned by the line manager.

*Must have:
- Have more than 6 years of experience in software development with 2 years leading a team.
- Have experience in developing in-house web applications.
- Good experience in various Java/J2EE technologies, Oracle database and be able to write high quality SQL queries.
- Knowledge of HTML / XML / web pages development.
- Knowledge in scripting language (Python/bash scripting).
- Familiarity with both Windows and Linux environment.
- Good English communication skills.
*Nice to have:
- Working experience with Java ZK framework.
- Knowledge in manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
- Have more than 6 years of experience in software development with 2 years leading a team.
