Lean Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Lean methodology and tools.

• Daily consultant to:

–Factory manager

–Project owners

–Department managers

–Line teams

• Makes issues & problems visible for factory leadership teams.

• Deliver Lean methodology and tools training to factory teams.

• Execute Lean Assessment & System Audit.

• Develop and execute Lean Roadmap.

Knowledge & Skills:

• To be trained and have basic knowledge of Intersnack Work Systems (IWS).

• Benchmarking: Successes, Failures.

• Know the business and organization that you are in.

• Master planning – Linked to Company OGSM; milestones & deliverables; timely;

accountability; resources.

• Assessment and design of organizations.

• Leadership and man-management skills.

• Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.

• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

• Experienced in coaching people

• A relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred.

• Experience of IWS or equivalent systems is preferred.

• Background in manufacturing and/or engineering environments is a plus.

• Background in people management and project management is a plus.

• Good English and MS Office skills.

• Clear expectations.

• Good presentation and negotiation skills.

• Timely follow-ups & escalation of issues.
