KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct training courses:
- Conduct training courses for newcomers according to recruitment plan
- Conduct cross-skill training courses base on plan of department or orders
- Update changes/ information to Operations & Customer Care, Customer Payment Excellence departments when there is any change in Procedure/System/Soft skill
- Supervise trainees during their training period, as well as follow up after training
- Coordinate with QC, BU team to evaluate trainees’ performance, accurately identify weaknesses and conduct proper coaching/ re-training
- Train the new trainers in team
Design training courses:
- Design/Develop engaging learning content such as eLearning modules, training materials, and instructional videos.
- Lead (design & deliver) soft skills training programs to enhance employee capability and performance
- Develop & promote digital transformation for Training team, as well as research & apply new technologies, platforms, including E-Learning solutions and process automation and applications for training to increase training efficiency & quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve learning experience and effectiveness.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned by TL/ Assistant Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in training or/and e-learning design experience, with a focus on soft skills
- Proven experience in E-learning management
- Proficient in using MS Office, Video & Game design software for training (Storyline, Camtasia, Canvas, Viettel AI TTS/ Natural Readers/ Microsoft Azure Text to Speech,...)
- Intermediate English skills
- Good at Presentation, Training, Communication, and Negotiation skills
