Learning And Development Specialist

1. Job Purpose

1.1. Training Delivery:

• Conduct onboarding programs, service operations training, process training, and soft skills sessions

• Deliver training content in an engaging, practical, and easy-to-understand manner.

• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, motivating learning environment.

• Training management: evaluate training actitvitites of market/country and have the action plan to improve

1.2. Class Preparation & Coordination:

• Collaborate with training coordinators to prepare training materials, equipment, venues, attendance, and evaluation activities.

• Contribute ideas to enhance training content, teaching methods, and training materials.

1.3. Assessment & Reporting:

• Conduct assessments and evaluate trainee performance upon course completion.

• Consolidate feedback, prepare training reports, and propose improvements to elevate training quality.

1.4. Support Activities & Travel:

• Deliver training in other provinces/cities as assigned.

• Support internal training initiatives, train-the-trainer programs, and other training projects of the department.

2. Job Requirements

2.1. Education:

• College degree or higher; majors in Education, Human Resources Management, Communications, or related fields are preferred.

• Good communication skills in English.

2.2. Experience:

• At least 2 year of experience in training, coaching, or direct teaching; experience in service or transportation industries is an advantage.

• Strong teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills.

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and highly committed to work.

3.3. Others: Willing to travel for business trips.
