Learning & Development (L&OD) Staff

Learning & Development

- Conduct full cycle of training for soft skills & leadership: TNA, design, development, implementation, follow up & evaluation

- Facilitate other operational training: orientation, safety training, compliance training

- Manage talent development initiatives: critical positions, talent profiles, talent development journey

- Explore diverse learning solutions to consult HRBP and Departments on enhancing people capabilities

- Make relevant L&D reports to Management

Organizational Design

- Manage position setup and updates in SAP

- Support relevant organization design reports to Management

Other tasks as assigned

- University degree.

- At least 3 years' experience in designing and delivering multiple training events in a corporate setting.

- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques

- Experience as a trainer/facilitator is an advantage.

- Good at presentation skills.

- Good at PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office, etc.).

- Experience in SAP-LMS is a plus.

- Good communication in English (both verbal and written).

- Able to work independently and under high pressure.
