We're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to own the learning activities in our company and help our business teams improve their working performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with all departments to identify the training needs, define the right schedule and training method to deliver teaching materials in various settings;
- Create and plan various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees;
- Develop and deliver training programs with or without external vendors;
- Continuously improve and update the processes of training and development strategies;
- Understand, manage and propose the training effectiveness measure;
- Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development;
- Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- English proficiency (both written and spoken);
- Minimum of 3 years experience Learning & Development, training and coaching especially in global IT companies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Facilitation and presentation impact with the ability to capture attention and influence audiences;
- Positive and energetic outlook, able to motivate others;
- Clear passion for training and people development;
- Change adaptability with an agile mindset.
