The L&OD Officer supports the Head of Learning & Organization Development in executing the company’s L&OD Plan to build a competitive, future-ready workforce. This role identifies development needs, designs and delivers blended learning solutions, and drives organizational effectiveness initiatives that directly strengthen workforce capability and operational excellence.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1/ Learning and Development:
a. Corporate Training & Capability Building:
- Support to analyze training needs, design and develop related training materials, using business case study and deliver to target audiences as approval corporate training plan (in-class and e-learning courses)
- Arrange logistics for all training courses before, during and after programs to ensure highly- engaged interaction & application after training of learners.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal and external programs through data analysis, learning records, KPIs, and post-training effectiveness reports, focusing on tracking percentage of application after training.
- Champion continuous learning by introducing learning week, blended learning models, and development activities that support employee growth.
b. New hires orientation:
- Take charge of new hire onboarding training program including e-learning series and Connect to Success offline workshop
- Manage orientation training material to ensure updated data, information as well as logistic preparation as scheduled.
c. Compulsory training e- learning course: Partner with other related divisions to develop/ revamp the core content of compulsory e-learning course (Orientation, AML- ABC, Compliance, Security awareness, Risk Management…) using real business- based scenarios to transform knowledge into practice.
2/ Organizational Effectiveness:
- Support other L&OD initiatives & activities to boost organization effectiveness as leadership talk, learn & growth series, insurance foundation podcast series, Bonus Point… in term of develoingp program framework, content, design for final products
3/ Employee engagement experience:
- Support implementation and analyze report of annual employee engagement survey (EES) to provide result highlight with recommended action for improvement.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal engagement events (team activities, celebrations, wellness programs, company gatherings).
- Assist in organizing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.
4/ Other assignment:
- Coordinate in other Company projects and assignments as required from time to time
- To contribute to the development of all relevant policies and procedures in collaboration with the Head of LOD
Yêu cầu công việc
Education, no. of year experience:
- University degree, with practical knowledge of human resources.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in in training development and organization effectiveness
Technical skills:
- Proficient knowledge and skill of training and organizational effectiveness with proven achievement
Soft skills:
- Good communication, interpersonal skill, analytical and synthetical skills.
- Organizing, planning and prioritizing skills.
Personal attributes
- Self- motivated, enthusiastic
- Ability to work under high pressure
