- Job Title: Leasing Officer/Executive
- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd fIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
- Working time: Monday - Friday
- Report to: Leader/ Manager
- Support to implement leasing planning works in making plan for new project and renovation project which is suitable with AM strategy and keep up with market trends.
- Provide needed data and analysis result to superior accurately and timely to ensure the completion of PLA task to catch up with project's timeline.
1. Implement leasing smoothly as per team leader's allocation and well update knowledge about retail market through survey and analysis to ensure sub-team can fulfill leasing work as target.
2. Proactively explore new tenant's interest to increase database and select suitable ones to ensure best tenancy mix and profitable for the shopping mall
3. Execute and manage staff for successful negotiation as schedule to both achieve best profit for company and establish relationship with tenants.
4. Prepare and deliver accurate and professional leasing documents/ procedure/reports.
5. Train and follow up closely with staff to catch up workload smoothly and work effectively
6. Analyze performance of current malls, survey competitors, update retail market trend to propose improvement plan for current malls and new ideas for future mall development.
7. Support timely for required tasks of related section (planning, admin) and execute properly general work of leasing team to ensure the smooth operation of whole department.
8. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2. Have working experience in relevant fields: Leasing/ Sales, Real Estate or Business Development experience is preferred. Have leadership and team management experience is a plus.
3. Smooth verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese and English.
4. Sufficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Good negotiation and persuading skill.
6. Be honest and careful.
7. Be hard-working and adaptable to the needs of the working environment.
