Leasing Manager (Senior)

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Leasing Manager, to join our dynamic Leasing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing leasing operations of UOA’s office properties, maximizing occupancy, rental yield, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute leasing strategies in alignment with company objectives and project positioning.

- Identify and secure prospective tenants for both new and existing office developments.

- Conduct lease negotiations and finalize agreements with corporate and multinational tenants.

- Analyze market data to prepare rent review proposals and leasing forecasts.

- Manage tenant renewals, relocations, and expansion discussions to maintain strong occupancy levels.

- Supervise and coach the leasing team to achieve individual and departmental KPIs.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, real estate agents, and business partners.

- Compliance: ensure all leasing activities and contracts/ documents comply with company policy, SOPs, regulations and legal requirements.

- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Building Management teams during tenant handover and fit-out processes.

- Prepare leasing reports, performance summaries, and pipeline forecasts for management review.

- Performs other tasks as assigned by Head of Department

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.

- 7–9 years of experience in commercial/office leasing, including at least 3 years in a managerial role

- Proven track record in handling leasing for Grade A/B office projects.

- In-depth knowledge of leasing procedures, contract structures, and market trends.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese.
