+ Job Title: Leasing Planning Officer
+ Work location: Ho Chi Minh Office, Lim Tower 3, Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao, District 1, HCM/ Hanoi Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, HN.
+ Working time: 5 days/ week (Monday - Friday)
+ Report to: Manager/ General Manager
+ Team: 5-6 members.
JOB SUMMARY
Contribute for building up data system of planning team through field check, regularly update market move, keep track of current malls' business in order to prepare for new malls plan and renovation plan of current malls.
1. Carry out survey, in-depth research and evaluate target market, including province characteristics, retail market, competitors and make reports as assigned by superiors to deeply understand about market situation and prepare for AEON MALL s' projects.
2. Perform pre-leasing tasks and prepare leasing kit and related document accurately and timely as assigned.
3. Conduct surveys, collect data and update information related to competitors, retail market, new market trends and report to supervisor timely as assigned.
4. Update business results, analyze and evaluate the business performance of AM shopping centers to propose appropriate improvement idea.
5. Update and analyze current business situation regularly and conduct research on new trends of assigned categories market to serve for planning purpose.
6. Explore new tenant and customer demand in the assigned target market.
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Bachelor degree.
2. Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese.
3. Having 1-3 years of working experience in relevant fields: Leasing, Market Research or Business Development experience is preferred. Freshers can be trained.
4. Have good researching, analyzing and reporting skill.
5. Be honest and careful.
6. Be hard-working and adaptable to the needs of the working environment.
