Mô Tả Công Việc
- Be the main contact point and manage leasing agents;
- Lead full cycle leasing process including introduction, negotiation, lease agreement, handover and support customer services;
- Commercial (office and retail) leasing market analysis including identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitors’ share and strengths/weaknesses; forecasting projected business;
- Conduct market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost; - Manage and direct the daily activities of the leasing department in accordance with organization policies and standards;
- Establish and build networking channels/relationship with potential partners, tenants and agents;
- Work closely with Legal/ ACC/ Property Management/Operations to ensure to achieve the most efficient result and compliance;
- Recommend policies and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the Building;
- Do other tasks that assigned by Department Head.

- Ability to comprehend, analysis, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills;
- Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills;
- Communicate English fluently.
- Prefer candidates with working experience in Savills, CBRE…
- 3-5 years in the same environment and position.
- Understanding the real estate rental market, understanding the leasing and operation of shopping malls, office premises, having good relationships; and having rich, diverse customer data;
- Presentation, persuasion, and negotiation;
- Contract closing skills;
- Agile, responsive, able to work under high pressure;
- Honesty, perfectionism, flexible handling and an attitude of listening and sharing.
