Lecturer (Data & Analytics)

The Opportunity:

As a Lecturer in Data & Analytics, you will contribute to building a strong academic and practical foundation for our students. You will deliver structured knowledge, facilitate hands-on learning, and mentor students toward achieving academic and industry excellence.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

- Teach & Inspire: Deliver high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and workshops aligned with course outcomes.

- Curriculum Enhancement: Develop syllabi, lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources tailored to modern industry demands.

- Student Mentorship: Guide students through problem‑solving, academic development, career orientation, and project execution.

- Assessment & Evaluation: Design formative and summative evaluations that accurately measure learning progression.

- Academic Engagement: Participate in departmental activities, academic discussions, continuous improvement, and quality assurance.

Candidate Profile (Mandatory Requirements):

Foundational Qualifications:

A Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

At least 3 years of relevant teaching, industry training, or professional experience.

Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to student development.

Technical & Methodological Expertise:

Statistical analysis, exploratory data analysis (EDA)

Data visualization and storytelling

Predictive modeling and supervised/unsupervised learning

Feature engineering and model evaluation

Analytical frameworks and applied modelling techniques

Practical & Industry Engagement:

Demonstrated involvement in industry, research, or applied projects.

Ability to bring real‑world case studies and professional insights into the classroom.

Strong professional network to support student activities such as guest lectures, workshops, and career opportunities.

Courses You May Teach: Data Analytics, Advanced Data Analysis, Analytical Model and Applied Analytical Model, Machine Learning, etc.
