Mô Tả Công Việc

I. Job Description
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the office;
- Answering and directing phone calls;
- Directing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support for legal services, and enforcing office procedures;
- Communicating across departments ensuring contracts for office equipment, software, hardware, and office supplies are up-to-date;
- Record keeping with electronic and hard copy filling of legislative documents;
- Translating laws, rulings and regulations in legislative documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa, being responsible for interpreting in meetings (if any);
- Carrying out notarization and consular legalization procedures;
- Organizing travel arrangements, meetings, events, workshops, teambuilding, company holidays, etc.;
- Booking flight tickets, hotels, taxi and managing journeys of company’s cars.
- Making payment and claiming for expenses of business trips, stationery orders, etc.;
- Other legal administrative tasks assigned by Board of Directors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Good command of English both in speaking and writing;
- Familiarity with legal terminology;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Attention to details;
- Being highly organized and planning; excellent time management;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- BA in office administration/English/Law/relevant field is preferred;
