Legal Assistant

• Drafting and reviewing various contracts, agreements, documents, dispatches relating to company operation.

• Assisting in researching and providing legal opinion on requested matters

• Detecting and advising on legal risks to the operation of the company.

• Implementing procedures for business registration, licensing investment and others for real estate projects when required.

• Coordinating with external law firms and participating in dispute resolution proceeding at court or arbitration (to assist in the preparation of documents for court cases/ arbitrations, if any).

• Updating legal regulations, briefing legal news.

• Other legal tasks when assigned.

• At least 6 years of practice experience in commercial and corporate law or real estate law at multi functional entities or law firms.

• Fluency in both oral and written (English)

• Knows how to analyse and settle legal issues, advise and support in various field of laws.

• Strong communication and organization skills.
