Job Description

We are recruiting a licensed professional associate who should be able to conduct the following tasks:

• Review products of legal assistants;

• Research and draft legal memos for complex or hard issues;

• Supervise the proceedings of licensing applications;

• Draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;

• Supervise and draft M&A due diligence reports;

• Participate in negotiations and meetings with clients;

• Coordinate with foreign lawyers;

• Other tasks assigned as assigned by senior lawyers.

• A minimum of 5 years PQE, experience working in an international law firm preferable

• Fluent in English (IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent)

• Strong management and excellent communication skills

• Logical and positive thinking

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
