Legal Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft, review, translate internal/external contracts, agreements for both Ho Chi Minh and Ha Noi

• Visit customers with Sales team if requested for AR collection related matters (Ho Chi Minh only)

• Maintain and update legal records and files

• Support Manager to ensure company operation complied with Vietnamese laws and regulations in coordination with relevant Departments

• Support Manager on providing legal advice to departments on commercial & corporate law matters

• Support statutory filings as regulations

• Work with customers/court/lawyer (if any) in bad debt cases both HCM and HN (if we need to take this legal steps) by cooperating with the Finance manager and AR accountant

• Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation or dispute matters as assigned and reviewed by Manager

• Prepare documentation and evidence for legal proceedings if needed

• Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure legal alignment

• Participate in internal audits and risk assessments if requested

• In charge for registeration progresses of the sales promotion programs to the Ministry of Industry & Trade

• Other ad hoc works assigned by Manager

• Other assignments as requested by the Chief Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.

• 2–3 years of experience in a legal position.

• Good understanding of Vietnamese commercial laws.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (especially legal terminology).

• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
