Legal Executive

- Draft, review and advise domestic contracts/ import agreements required by the Company to ensure the legality of contract/agreements, including machine purchase contracts, machine import contract, material purchase contracts, lease agreements, port service agreements, service contracts and other contract/ agreement serving the business of the company.

- Develop legal framework contracts with pre-defined legal and commercial terms and provide proper contracting governance in order to minimize legal and economic impacts.

- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.

- Research and evaluate the position of the company in the dispute resolution process, advise the management on resolution and represent the company in litigation and/or reconciliation process.

- Review, update and advise the management, business, and support functions about local regulatory developments, market best practices/developments on legal compliance.

- On request participate in negotiations in supporting business to ensure the mitigation of legal risks while business objectives can be satisfactory by considering practical and commercial solutions.

- Liaise and correspond with external counsels in dealing with related legal matters.

- Coordinate and drive legal projects and audit-related matters (if required).

- Apply for the necessary licenses.

- Other assignments by management.

- Bachelor of Law, Qualified lawyer in Vietnam (preferred)

- At least 3 years of experience in the same position.

- Fluent in English, especially in law fields

- Excellent knowledge and understanding of business law and procedures

- Fast learner, Independence, passionate about the legal field

- Strong research and organizational skills.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Good time and task management skills.

- Have excellent planning and reporting skills.

- Outstanding problem-solving, and analytical/ observation skills.

- Experience in exporting practice is a plus.
