Legal Executive (Hanoi Head Office - 384)

AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd is a core enterprise of AEON group, specializing in shopping mall development and business operation. In the near future, we plan to open more new shopping malls in Vietnam. To serve this goal, we are in need of recruiting 01 Legal Executive.

- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd fIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi

- Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

- Report to: Team Leader/ Manager

Job summary: Research, draft and check a broad range of contracts and agreements related to the company’s business activities.

Detailed job description:

1. Draft and vet a broad range of contracts and agreements (30%);

2. Research and advise on broader legal matters (20%);

3. Work and advise on contracts for project development (10%);

4. Draft and revise internal regulations, procedures and contract templates (10%);

5. Coordinate and support all depts in negotiating contracts and agreements (10%);

6. Review and analyze all materials relating to disputes, provide legal advice for solving such disputes (5%);

7. Study and analyze Vietnamese laws related to company business and operation, provide training on legal matters to all employees (5%);

8. Train and oversee subordinates at work where required (5%);

9. Other tasks as assigned (5%).

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law;

2. Candidates have 3-5 years of working experience related to Legal field (Experience in Leasing, Real estate, commerce, investment… is an advantage);

3. Good communication and reading skills in English and Vietnamese;

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office;

5. Good negotiation and problem solving skills.
