Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Negotiate and draft offer to lease, lease agreement for office building projects and monitor execution of these agreements.

- Negotiate and draft sale and purchase agreement, booking agreement, long term lease agreement, etc. for residential projects and monitor execution of these agreements.

- Provide risk assessment and legal advices on company operational and projects.

- Handle regulatory issues including governmental filings, licenses, approvals and registration of the company and project.

- Negotiate, review and draft contracts, corporate documents and other legal documents of the company.

- Negotiate disputes with purchaser, vendors, tenants, and other parties as needed and handle numerous legal matters arising from sales and lease of residential and office building projects.

- Participate in due diligence process, transactions, and coordinate of drafting definitive transaction agreements.

Qualifications

- University degree in law from a reputable university.

- Excellent knowledge and understanding of law on land and housing, foreign investment, enterprise, etc.

- Minimum 6-year experience as an in-house legal counsel in a multinational corporation or an associate in a law-firm.

- Having rich experience in handling leasing and commercial agreements for office building projects is an advantage.
