Legal Staff

- Review contract and provide legal advices to various function departments

- Do legal procedures, obtain license for new projects and update company's changes

- Draft/ check/ revise internal rules

- Supervise and enhance legal compliance, conduct legal training to employees

- Support/ be in charge of litigation cases

- Support manager in relevant matter as Internal Control and Risk Management

- Update new legal regulations

- Other works under direction of Legal Manager and in co-operation with other Legal Member

- Graduated from university, major in Laws/business law preferable

- More than 5 years of relevant experience; Experiences working in FDI companies is a plus

- Compliance mindset & honest; Well organized and to be able to work under pressures

- Good command of English (Fluent in spoken and written English)

- Confident, Sociable personality

- Good communication & logical thinking

- Skillful in Microsoft Office (Word & PowerPoint)

- Ability to work independently as well as work in team
