- Handling initial legal procedures for new investors (ERC, IRC).
- Providing legal support services to Kizuna’s tenants throughout their operations.
- Ensuring that company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Monitoring legal risks and proposing solutions to minimize potential legal exposure.
- Researching, reviewing, and analyzing correspondence, reports, and legal documents.
- Updating and monitoring new legal regulations and relevant legal changes.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- At least 3 years of experience in Enterprise Law.
- Experience in ERC/IRC registration for investors.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Careful, responsible, and able to work independently.
