Legal Specialist

• Support Senior to consult on investment procedures with foreign company from start up to complete investment plan (IRC, ERC, sub-licenses, amending licenses,…);

• Participate in other legal advice activities from foreigners;

• Prepare documents, carrying out the procedures related to visa, work permit, temporary resident,… for foreigners;

• Work and maintain good relationship with Government Officers to push customer’s dossiers and solve the troubles (if any);

• Perform other ad hoc duties as required;

• MUST proficient in spoken and written English;

• 1 - 2 years working experiences in legal service;

• Priority for candidates having Bachelor of Laws (We also open an opportunity to the candidates have both others Degree holder and the experiences as mentioned above);

• Flexibility to adapt with business requirements and changing laws and regulations;
