Legal Staff

- Undertake legal research.

- Draft and review contracts; provide timely commercially sound legal views and opinions with focus on the Company's operating model and Vietnam Law.

- Review all assigned contracts, official letters, or any other documentation as required by management and the Company's operational needs. Prepare, review, and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.

- Prepare and submit documents related to establishing/modifying and/or closing the legal entity/branch/business location/retail outlet, to get the license.

- Detect and advise to prevent legal risks arising during operations and activities of the Company.

- Set up/develop internal regulations/internal rules for the Company to ensure compliance with the operating model of Company and current laws.

- Coordinate with other departments in the Company to resolve arising legal issues, complaints, disputes (if any).

- Follow up on cases filed against the organization and preparation of legal reports and opinions (if any).

- Communicate and negotiate with external parties and adherence to deadlines.

- Use and manage the Company’s seal according to management requirements.

- Keep the Company's legal documents safely and securely, including but not limited to investment licenses, retail establishments, business licenses, business locations, contracts, agreements, etc.

- At least a bachelor’s degree in Law.

- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant work experience.

- Legal knowledge in the field of commercial business and retail activities is preferred.

- Attention to detail skill.

- Good critical thinking and ability to work independently as well as work well in a team.

- English level: can use business English in the international working environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and strong sense of responsibility.

- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure.

- Work hard and willing to work overtime.
