Legal Staff/ Nhân Viên Pháp Chế

• Be responsible for the legal aspects of the company

• Participate in drafting and controlling the legality of documents and contracts issued and signed by the company

• Research and update the provisions of laws, decrees, circulars... related to the field of operation of the company, ensuring that all processes and procedures of the company are legal.

• Advise the board of directors on the law

• Manage documents and legal documents of the company

• Participating in legal proceedings as assigned by company leaders

• Other tasks at the request of the manager

• Male/Female: Under 35 years old.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, …)

• Good English communication

• Other requirements: Planning, initiative, knowledge, persuasibleness, decisiveness, ability to deal with job and leadership.
