Legal Supervisor

A. Legal & Compliance

• Draft, review, and provide legal advice on contracts including logistics, warehousing, transportation, trading, services, NDA, and labor contracts.

• Ensure the company’s operations comply with Vietnamese laws and internal policies.

• Monitor and update legal regulations relevant to the company’s business.

• Identify legal risks and propose preventive or mitigation measures.

B. Corporate & Licensing

• Manage corporate legal documents: ERC, IRC, licenses, company charter, seals, resolutions, and internal legal files.

• Handle procedures related to business registration, investment licenses, and changes to corporate information.

• Liaise with government authorities such as Department of Planning and Investment, Tax Department, Customs, Industrial Zones, and other relevant bodies.

C. Dispute & Claim Management

• Support and coordinate the handling of disputes, complaints, and claims with third parties.

• Work with external lawyers and legal consultants when required.

D. Internal Support

• Provide legal advice to internal departments (Operations, Finance, HR, Admin).

• Support internal compliance training and legal awareness programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.

• At least 4–6 years of experience in legal/compliance roles, preferably in FDI, logistics, or manufacturing companies.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese corporate, labor, commercial, and investment laws.

• Fluent in English, good command of English is required, chinese is plus

• Experience working with Chinese-speaking management is a strong advantage.

• Good negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Careful, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure.
