Legal Team Leader

- Establishing, developing, and managing legal personnel

- Reviewing contracts and managing contract templates

- Handling disputes, resolutions, and loss recovery

- Providing legal advice and guiding other departments to ensure compliance

- Managing business licenses and regulatory compliance

- Implementing internal regulations

- Conducting legal training sessions

- Maintaining public relations.

- Law, Legal Consulting, and Legal Affairs skills

- At least 6 years of legal experience, including 2 years at the managing level

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Leadership and management experience

- Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages, (Chinese is an advantage)

- Recognized law degree in Vietnamese law, from a reputable law school

- Experience in the courier or logistics industry is a plus

- Experience of working with authorities

- Integrity, teamwork spirit, being responsible and able to work under pressure.

- Vietnamese Bar admission is optional but will be an advantage.

- Logistics related working experience is a plus.
