Job Description
1. Take lead in problem solving (Quality, Technical, Organization, Performance, Changeover losses)
• Lead quality problem solving activities using Problem Solving Sheet and 8D method
• Check & monitor quality target and take the lead in quality problem solving activities (QAM, Daily Reject)
2. Maintain & Improve TEK- Technical Capacity (line Capacity, SMC, OEE)
• Initiate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements, linking processes to optimize line capacity
• Lead Shop floor Management Cycle (SMC) to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of production
• Check, review and improve autonomous maintenance (AM) and involvement in preventive maintenance (PM)
3. Implement improvements in production line
• Start up and monitor Continuous Process Improvements (CIP) to achieve cost, quality and volume target
• Reports to management about daily & monthly quality issues
4. NPI (New Product Introduction)
• Involvement in release of new line, product, initial sample run (ISR), quality gate review (QGR)

• Bachelor of Engineering (prefer Mechanical/Mechatronics)
2. Work experience
• 3 years as an engineer in an industrial manufacturing plant
3. Traits and Skills
• Results / Cost Orientation
• Project / Task Management
• Responsiveness / Agility / Willing to Learn
• Loyalty / Adhere to company’s policies
• Reporting (commercial, technical, quality, safety)
• Problem analysis and problem solving
• Process management (e.g. applying PDCA, KPI, etc.)
• Languages: English, Vietnamese, good at spoken & written.
