Live Commerce Coordinator / Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and organized Live commerce Lead (coodinator) to join our live stream team.

This role will work directly under the Manager to guide and manage MCs and MDs, ensuring our livestream content is engaging, professional, and commercially effective.

Our new live studio has been operational since August, and we need a skilled producer to elevate our broadcast quality and team performance.

[Key Responsibilities]

1. Live Content Planning & Production

- Develop creative concepts and compelling storyboards for livestream sessions

- Plan promotional strategies to maximize viewership and engagement

- Design and coordinate live settings including backgrounds, decorations, and visual aesthetics

- Ensure each broadcast aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives

2. Team Management & Guidance

- Manage and coach MCs to deliver confident, engaging on-camera performances

- Guide MDs (Merchandising Demonstrators) in effective product presentation techniques

- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and broadcast quality

- Coordinate schedules and assignments for MC and MD personnel

3. Operational Excellence

- Oversee pre-production preparation including script development and rundown creation

- Monitor live broadcasts to ensure smooth execution and quality standards

- Collaborate with the Live Technician to optimize technical setup and production flow

- Analyze broadcast performance metrics and implement improvements

[Required Qualifications]

. Experience & Background

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in livestream production, TV production, or digital content creation

- Proven track record of managing on-camera talent (MCs, hosts, or presenters)

- Experience in e-commerce livestreaming or shopping channels is highly preferred

- Portfolio demonstrating creative concept development and successful live productions

- Strong creative vision with ability to develop engaging livestream concepts

- Excellent communication and people management skills

- Understanding of visual merchandising and product presentation techniques

- Knowledge of livestream audience engagement strategies and best practices

- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in fast-paced live environments

- Proficiency in creating storyboards, rundowns, and production documents
