[Job Description]
Lead our live commerce operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Facebook platforms. Drive operational excellence through data-driven optimization and team leadership in Vietnam's dynamic beauty e-commerce sector.
[Key Responsibilities]
. Execute daily live commerce operations with 30-minute real-time feedback loops
. Lead cross-functional team including Livestream Producers, Data Analysts, BD Specialists
. Develop and implement live commerce strategy for beauty products in Vietnamese market
. Manage content creator partnerships and performance optimization programs
. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams for seamless execution
. Monitor process KPIs: Live session frequency, optimization success rate, creator retention
[Performance Metrics]
. Live Session Execution: 95%+ scheduled session completion rate
. Real-time Optimization: 30-minute feedback loop implementation success
. Creator Management: 70%+ creator retention and performance improvement
. Process Innovation: Data-driven decision making and continuous improvement

Yêu cầu công việc
[Essential]
. 5+ years e-commerce or digital marketing management experience
. 3+ years cross-functional team leadership with operational responsibility
. Proven track record in live commerce operations and process optimization
. Expert knowledge of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Facebook Live platforms
. Fluent Vietnamese and business-level English
. Strong analytical skills and real-time decision-making capabilities
. Deep understanding of Vietnamese consumer behavior and social commerce
[Preferred]
. Beauty/Cosmetics industry experience
. MCN or influencer marketing background
. Experience with data analytics and performance optimization tools
. Southeast Asian e-commerce market knowledge
