Livestream Operator (English Or Chinese required)

• Plan and execute livestream operations, including product selection, content planning, live process management, and live room operations.

• Develop specific livestream content plans, discover and package high-quality topics, and enhance content quality to increase engagement.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product matching, script writing, data analysis, and content optimization. Oversee pre-live preparations, live event execution, and post-live follow-ups.

• Monitor livestream performance, engagement, and traffic data to adjust strategies in real time and ensure achievement of operational goals.

• Plan and manage livestream marketing activities, including daily events and major campaigns (e.g. Double Day, Mid-Month,..).

• Troubleshoot issues during livestreams, provide timely feedback, and propose practical solutions.

• Track, analyze, and report livestream data, extracting insights to recommend improvements and optimization strategies for higher engagement, viewer loyalty, and conversions.

• Build, recruit, train, and manage the livestream host team. Refine workflows and establish operational guidelines for the livestream department.

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Proven experience in managing livestream hosts; familiar with livestream hosting techniques.

• Strong data sensitivity with the ability to identify problems and implement effective operational solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce livestreaming (especially TikTok), traffic operation rules, and resource integration.

• Strong logical thinking, excellent communication skills, creativity, and product-oriented mindset.

• Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, coordination, and project management.

• High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and strong self-motivation.

• Proficient in English or Chinese for daily work communication.
