Key tasks:
• Work on lending options and scenarios for new and existing client enquiries.
• Verifying statements and cleanliness of documents collection to prepare for lodgement.
• Attend to all aspects of customer service and assistance, including queries regarding changes and variations.
• Promote all brand initiatives
• Work with your back office support team to progress files to settlement.
• Lodgement of loan applications
• Application management and follow up with banks, settlement agents and real estate offices
• Maintenance of customer files and client relationship management
• General administration and office duties

• Your will needs to have similar technical skills to your loan processor but also have the extra confidence to conduct loan interviews and manage business partner relationships:
• Have a good knowledge of mortgage lending.
• Have a thorough understanding of the loan process.
• Customer service driven.
• Friendly and capable with good people skills for dealing with clients and lenders.
• Confident and able to handle responsibility.
• Highly organised and trustworthy.
• Strong on detail and good with paperwork and filing.
• Be able to work as part of a small team.
• Strong research and communication skills
• Thorough, precise and have great attention to detail - you have an analytical mind
• You care about your clients and helping them achieve their financial goals and aspirations
