As a Local Manager, you have the goal to bring in revenue & make profit $100m from this project.
Duties
- MAKE PROFIT
- Overseeing local sales, promotions and campaigns to increase Sales in Vietnam
- Develop company’s strategy and long term plan to grow the business
- Handling and resolving customer issue/problem regarding a product or service
- Propose and discuss new services with BOM to improve work quality
- Report sales activities timely to Management, follow company rules and direction.
Responsibilities
- Build a team to implement the strategy to achieve sales objectives, revenue and profitability set
- Push & inspire team members to do the best they can
- Work with and personal professional image by different tools, like pipe drive and social media
- Work with the Development team to determine whether the content and logic of the development is correct or not.
- Other duties as assigned
* Remuneration Package
- Working hours: 9:00 ~ 17:00 (5 days per week);
- Salary: Competitive with lucrative add-ons (based on skills and experience);
- Salary Review: 2 times/year based on employee's performance and contribution;

- Be ready to pursue profits without any compromise or excuses.
- Can make business recommendations with determination.
- Good existing Business Network with customers and partners.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task is vital.
- Operation knowledge (marketing knowledge, system knowledge...) is required
- Good of command English is a must
