Mô tả công việc
1. Logistics and Transportation:
- Carry out and monitor and make adjustments to ensure sufficient stock of materials to meet production requirements
- Export and Transportation to adapt the Delivery Schedule for Sale.
- Identify appropriate shipping methods and routes.
- Working closely with Supplier, Forwarder and Procurement department to verify all relevant document for Customs procedure, especial: CO, BL, PL, Insurance, and Invoice.
- Implement all payment process during Logistic activity.
- Working directly with Sales team determine most cost-effective distribution solution for delivering finished goods to customers.
- Resolve problems associated with customers problems and logistics systems.
- Control cost, Logistic Recording, Weekly and Monthly report (Import/Export Tracking, Documents).
2. Vendor and Customer services
- Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.
- Coordinate all delivery and receiving activities with Vendor and Customer.
3. Control Warehouse operation
- Closely monitor the operations of forklift drivers and workers to effectively coordinate detailed tasks.
- Closely monitor and ensure that warehouse data under management accurately reflects actual inventory. Ensure that goods and materials are always maintained in good condition.
- Continuously seek improvement solutions to optimize operating costs and process the warehouse area under management.
4. Other requirements
- Compliance policies, safety procedures, risk management plans, laws and ISO requirements.
- Proactively and creatively improve one's own work to enhance the overall efficiency of the department.
- Comply with the Law, regulation of Customs in Logistic
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Qualification
- Education : Bachelor degree
- Proficent in English skill (verbal and written).
- Skills in Production planning, material supply planning, and delivery coordination.
- Basic knowledge of financial control.
- High enthusiastic and a willing to learn. Flexible and highly proactive in handling situations.
