Logistic Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Digitization of freight conditions and transfer to the templates for further calculations.

• Periodic factual and arithmetical verification of invoices for the present agreements for

forwarding and logistics services (across modes of transport) automated and mainly in

Excel.

• Create evaluations, statistics and reports as part of the periodic audit of the invoices

• Analyze spedition and shipment data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for

improvement

• Develop and maintain data reports, dashboards, and visualizations using MS Excel and

Power BI.

• Create and manage Excel Pivot Tables and use VBA for automating repetitive tasks

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in the logistic

• Proven experience in analyzing freight shipment data.

• Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

• Skilled in Excel, including Pivot Tables; VBA knowledge is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

• Language: Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
