Logistic Executive

Report to: Country Manager

Job Objective: To do logistic, merchandising function

Responsibilities:

•             Coordinate and plan the transportation schedule of stocks allocation with warehouse.

•             Monitor annual stock take with warehouse.

•             Check the monthly billing & delivery receipts.

•             Issue delivery note for stocks allocations.

•             Monitor accuracy between FCST and actual volume for inbound/outbound/return.

•             Follow up with third party & stores to ensure the delivery on time and in good

condition.

•             Arrange transportation for slow moving/damage items send back from stores to warehouse efficiently and quickly.

•             Inventory management via monthly reconciliations where needed .

•             Manage relations with CL partner

•             Managing CL annual / monthly budgets at minimum costs & maximum productivity

•             Coordinate with delivery team of Ecommerce.

•             Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

• Bachelor/Diploma degree in related major

• 2-3 years experiences working on a similar position

• Good attention to details, positive, willing to learn

• Good in English

• With a strong sense of responsibility, healthy and positive working attitude, good professional ethics
