Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Delivery
- Coordinate with A&F department then create Billing on SAP system and issue Invoice.
- Manage and ensure Products delivered from warehouse, port to customers smoothly, timely and successfully.
- Ensure all problems incurred during delivery progress solved well without affection to company business and compliance policy;
- Well coordinate with the relevant departments and vendors to maximize loading truck space by routes combination in delivery, to avoid waste of resources and minimize effort in achieving logistics targets;
- Follow and solve the damaged Products with the related parties in delivery within the lead time;
- Solve and claim insurance for delivery in shortest time;
- Check the stock-out/delivery note correctly and send the original one to Accounting & Finance department timely and keep the copy one;
- Manage the delivery expense effectively and make payment request to transporters timely and exactly.
- Make lead time delivery report and explain the reason of late shipment and improvement.
- Make report of the returned Products and find solution to compensate and replace products to dealers.
2. Warehouse
- Check Handling and Storage fee for North/South warehouse.
- Check and confirm working overtime to warehouse (if any).
- Solve the arising issues in warehouse to make warehouse operation smoothly.
- Claim insurance and vendor for damaged goods in warehouse.
- Solve the damaged goods in warehouse.
- Summarize and analyze the transportation and warehouse fee of Factory Automation products.
- Organize Physical Stocking Taking in 2 times per Fiscal Year.
- Check and explain the stock discrepancy as A&F’s request.
3. Other
- Report to the Line Manager upon succession of any tasks accordingly.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University Graduate, major in Foreign Trade, Business Administration;
• 2-3 years experience in warehouse and delivery;
• Experience with Foreign companies, consumer electronic company (preferable).
• Good communication and solving problem skills;
• Good interrogation and investigation skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application and SAP experience in Logistics module.
