This Job Brief is to clarify the actual scope of work at RUDOLF CHEMICALS VIETNAM (RCV), in addition to the official Job Description (JD).
Main Responsibilities: Logistics and customer service
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure product item registration and order accuracy.
• Working closely with Salesperson to collect monthly or annual sales forecast for planning supply chain.
• Placing orders with suppliers abroad
• Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners to arrange customs clearance, inland transportation, and timely delivery.
• Manage shipment documents (invoice, packing list, COA, C/O, B/L, COO, etc.).
•Track and update shipment status; inform sales, accounting, and customers about confirmed schedules.
• Sending quotation and manage customer’s purchase orders (POs), sales contract, VAT invoice issuance.
• Managing the delivery time to customer on schedule.
• Handle import samples and arrange delivery to customers.
• Monitor and reconcile logistics expenses
• Support implementation of logistics processes for new business lines
• Support team/company activities as needed
Note: This role requires flexibility. There will be ad-hoc tasks outside of the above, as team members need to collaborate closely and contribute to building company’s processes together. This offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience in multiple areas.

Job requirements
• Gender: Female or Male
• Graduated University (Bachelors);
• At least 4 years of experience in logistics, especially in customer service or sales support is a plus.
• Proficient in inventory management and logistics
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions..
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English .
• Skilled in office software (Word, Excel).
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
