Logistics And Inventory Control Supervisor

Key responsibilities

- Control order processing & distributions to customers (GT, MT, E-Commerce, other) and shipment transfer to Danone DC

- Control stocks finished goods, goods receiving, goods issue process, goods return, CN damaged or products claim, report stocks daily reconcile, report stocks count weekly and physical count monthly/yearly.

- Summarize reports as assigned by daily and monthly.

- Manage and coordinate transportation, support order preparedness process to customers and following up any issue of transportation.

- Expenses inspection with 3PL billed to Danone (WH storage, Trucks loading cost and stickering cost)

- Ensure and checking the product destruction (Finished goods and packing material)

- Traceability products and batch expiry date and distribution list to customers

- Prepare document support any audit (internal/external).

- Coordinating with 3PL.

- Oversee all operations of co-packing activities.

- Support any task assignments.

Local Tasks

- To control & taking care goods receipt, orders picking and goods issue process to customers : process transactions in SAP T-Code MIGO, VL10 to review SO No. from Customer service and process to create to Delivery Order No.(DO) with arrange trucks booking , coordinate with transportation vendor and 3PM/3PL WH team for preparedness FG by batch number, quantity by location as DO to picking team, order picking allocate process in system WMS confirm order picking shipped status, check systems transactions SAP T-Code VF04 to post customers Invoice documents with loading into trucks and delivery to customers.

- To control FG Inventory with physical in 3PL WH compare with transaction in Danone SAP systems, Process weekly/monthly cycle counting with 3PL including sending stock count report to related functions.

- To control & taking care stock, process daily, weekly, and monthly report of stock, reconcile to transactions of stock movements.

- Manage and coordinating to transports vendor for support orders delivery to customers and follow up any issue from transports with corrective and preventive action.

- Verification all expenses from operations with 3PL(WH storage, Trucks loading, stickering) for next process confirmation to create expenses PO in systems.

- To ensure for product destruction process (Finished goods and packing material) and witness destruction on site as Danone representative.

- Traceability processing for FG products.

- Prepare document support audit (Goods received, Goods issue, 3PL CN and CN from customer)

- Coordinate with 3PL team etc. to WH operations support, Quality Status, Storage Condition, Invoice for GR, CN from operations damage, and products destroy.

Major Challenge of the Job

- Mainly personal in charge for coordinate with 3PM on site

- Danone representative person for support task on site WH 3PM

- Owner to taking care of inventory, order processing, invoicing, and delivery to customers.

- Daily Inventory Reconciled to ensure Inventory Record Accuracy

- Conduct monthly cycle count, Yearly stocks count.

- Expedite co-packing activities operations.

Decision Making Authority and Controls

- Initiate process improvement to close the gap

- Able to supervise 3PL to follow Danone’s standard or procedures

- Able to spot and guide 3PL when doing things deviating from SOP

- Approval of documents for order delivery

- Cancellation and credit note

- Reconcile stocks and participate for internal/external audit

Education (Minimum requirements to satisfactorily complete all job key accountabilities)

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply chain, or others

- Major Skills/Competencies Requirements

- Experience : At least 3 years experiences of inventory control and WH operations in Supervisor level.
