Job Description
1. To directly manage Key Account(s), in accordance with agreed targets, goals and based on company guidelines, eliciting customer needs and selling our offer portfolio.
2. To ensure understanding of all customer organizations and decision making processes.
3. To effectively hand over and transition new business into operations to ensure that customer requirements
4. To conduct regular and structured review sessions with assigned customers including; process for continuous improvement and innovation, review of customer strategy and priorities as well as operational excellence delivery.
5. To monitor monthly performance and ensure that immediate actions are taken in case of deviations (incl. timely / incident reporting).
6. Report any positive risk or issue from customers or related parties directly to report line
7. Support in operation team of profitable business relationships in new and existing markets
8. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up sales orders, managing complaints and ensuring smooth co-operation with operational team
9. Ensure respecitve reporting is done accurately and timely in company information systems
10. Gain deep understanding of the market and feedback on current trends and competitor activities
11. Manage P&L closely with operation teams and suggest improvement point
12. If any adhoc assigned project from CEO, make the analysis and report
