To form part of our team of experts in Ho Chi Minh city, we are looking for a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to assist and provide the best support to the team.
- Working place: Level 2, Broadway D, 152 Nguyen Luong Bang, District 7, Ho Chi Minh;
- Working time : 7.00 AM – 4.00 PM, Monday – Friday.
The position will work to forge relationships with external forwarders, shipping agents, business partners in Vietnam, Australia, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, and China as well as internal stakeholders to ensure shipment efficiency.
- Work with forwarders and business partner to ensure shipments are dispatched and delivered to the right destination/client at the right time.
- Arrange and store internal sales contract, shipping documents for shipping and report purposes.
- Cooperate with internal departments to forecast weekly shipping capacity.
- Provide stakeholders with logistics solutions and quotes.
- Cross check cost and authorize supplier invoices to finance department after shipments.
- Maintain relationships with current business partners and develop new ones.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Strong education background in Business Administration, Economic, Import/export or relevant fields;
- Have at least 2-4 years experience in a similar role;
- Be a great communicator in English and good at task management;
- Have skills of planning time management, organisational, multi-tasking skills & basic skills of office software usage;
- Understanding of Artwork, basic graphic design software/ others.
- Be a strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
