Operations
• Follow up clearance process with customs clearance vendors at ports / terminal
• Update clearance process and notice issues, trouble to client and manager in timely manner.
• Deliver documents to customers
• Escort high-value cargoes
• Inform the manager on any discrepancy, un-safety issues in timely manner
• Follow up delivery, receive of goods
• Strictly follow safety policies and client’s requirements and regulations
• Handle any additional tasks assigned from time to time.
Subcontractor Management
• Ensure that the KPIs are being achieved by the subcontractors

• Experience in Warehouse.
• Knowledge of all relevant customs, foreign trade and respective fiscal- & tax regulations.
• Functional know-how in air/ocean / logistics including overall understanding of business processes and independencies.
• Good at English.
• Candidates who live in Dong Nai are an advantage, We don't have a shuttle bus to Dong Nai.
