We’re looking for a reliable Logistics officer to be responsible for logistics activities from our vendors in Vietnam and take part in our supply chain network. The scope of work will include verifying goods details, monitoring goods movement and ERP system performance.
Experience minimum 5 years in Logistics industry and working with ERP system is a must, proficient in English both verbal and non verbal is required, ability in teamwork and work independantly is prefered.
Main scope of work:
- Receive delivery plan weekly from vendors, verify and provide vendors GSP information for Certificate of Origin (C/O) apply, trace and update C/O information in system, co-ordinate filing C/O copies.
- Receive delivery booking from vendors, check up, verify all features and release delivery approvement, record delivery in system.
- Check and update cargo weight & volume from vendors, update overall input data for containers loading calculation.
- Monitor vendors’s deliveries weekly and report in system, assist in problem solving during and after deliveries.
- Calculate & make outbound shipments in system, follow shipments during transit time, check and confirm B/L, update B/L in system and other action related to shipments.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University/College graduated, major in International Business/Logistics/Import-Export
- Working experience minimum 5 years in Logistics industry with 3PL platform and in multinational company
- Strong Excel skills, solid knowledge of ERP system and must be detail oriented
- Proficient in English both verbal and non verbal, good communication skill
- Ability in teamwork and work independently
- Gender: both Male and Female, age: under 35
