Logistics Cum Production Control Staff (English Proficiency Required, Vnd17~28 Million)

• Make shipping documents: invoice, packing list, delivery note. • Follow import/ export shipment and ensure the shipment schedule on time. • Check shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill, VAT, stock-out note with declaration) to ensure the accuracy. • Co-work with forwarders to handle with shipment smoothly and in time. • Check and confirm logistics fee. Make payment request for logistics fee monthly. • Make yearly consumption report to customs department and supporting document to customs office upon requirements. • Willing to support related parties (accounting, purchasing, quality control ...). • Other related tasks assigned by Manager.

Job Requirement: • Graduated from University (Faculty of Economics, Business, Finance and Statistics… is preferable). • At least 2-year experience in relevant field of import-export logistics tasks in manufacturing/ processing/ trading companies (Priority will be given to candidates having experience with electronic components/ PCBA, foreign manufacturing company). • Proficient at Excel. • Good command of English. • Ability to work under pressure, overtime if needed. • Ability to manage multiple tasks. • Be active & eager to learn new things. • Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, quick-learning, positive and open minded.
