Logistics Document Specialist

1. Responsible for coordinating warehousing/air transportation, timely communicating with warehouses and carriers according to shipping rhythm and production plans, and providing relatively accurate pick-up plans;

2. Prepare customs and clearance documents, complete the drafting of customs declaration documents, and system entry of bill of lading plans and loading plans;

3. Handle warehouse and carrier exceptions, solve various abnormal issues in the business;

4. Responsible for verifying the costs of export goods and entering related data;

5. Optimize the system related to documents, providing improvement suggestions on existing business processes and implementing modifications at critical points.

1. Education and Major: College degree or above in logistics, trade, English, or related fields; certification from relevant associations and possession of customs declaration personnel qualification certificate preferred; with certain English reading and writing ability.

2. Work Experience: 1~3 years of relevant work experience in customs clearance and logistics industry.

3. Knowledge and Skills:

Master various customs declaration processes;

Master knowledge related to logistics of cross-border e-commerce and general trade import/export, as well as bonded zone operations;

Master domestic customs knowledge (preparation of customs declaration documents);

Familiar with restrictions and requirements of various products and transportation modes (sensitive goods, aviation transport safety standards, etc.);

Familiar with maritime knowledge (shipping routes, airports, ports, etc.);

4. Qualities and Capabilities: Good coordination ability, able to efficiently and independently complete internal coordination tasks, integrate external resources to accomplish business work, and communicate effectively to promote the implementation of work plans; strong communication skills, responsibility, and learning ability.
