Logistics Executive

Responsibilities:

- Check inventory warehouse and reply to customer/dealer’s inquiry.

- Manage and follow up all purchasing order (PO) from customer.

- Monitor all activities at Warehouse (WH), includes Inbound & Outbound.

- To provide speedy and accurate support to distributors and direct customers on matter pertaining to their orders.

Main duties:

Outbound:

- Check inventory according to customers request.

- Receive & Check PO (price, quantity, delivery condition) --> confirm for customer

- Arrange the delivery schedule & inform Warehouse (WH)

- Re-check POs information & collecting POs document

- Follow up the pending PO(s)

- Correspondence with customer or dealers.

Inbound:

- Enter data into system for all promotion gifts.

- Posting actual stock coming into system (when goods is available in stock).

- Re check all delivery documents from warehouse.

- Update serial number file, CBM in & out/ day.

- Manage inventory report monthly (check accurately data between systems and warehouse).

- Weekly report.

- Monthly Report (Distributor Report, Ink - Expiry date Report, Inventory Report).

- Other task required by Manager from time to time.

- At least 3 years of experience in Logistic field.

- Communication and problem solving skills.

- Language: Can verbally communicate, read and write emails in English.

- Can onboard immediately.

- Salary: Negotiable.
