 Receive purchase orders, shipment instructions from clients.  Input correct data into internal system to issue Shipment Instructions to shippers.  Update shipper’s production schedule for clients to apply import permit if any.  Follow up L/C status with client and timely inform shippers to arrange shipment accordingly.  Keep clients and shippers updated on pre-shipment sample approval process and shipment schedule to ensure that shippers strictly arrange on- time -shipments.  Check through draft shipping documents before forwarding to clients for approval and advise shippers to make corrections if any.  Issue Shipment Advice, invoices to clients, third party invoices for shippers to submit C/O  Enter purchase invoices of shippers into system and submit to the person in charge in Headquarter via email.  In time update data into internal system (Cosy/Itas/…) for related members to have an overview on all shipments  Send approved original documents to clients’ designated location.  Monthly release debit notes of courier expense to Headquarter.  Skilfully deal with clients and shippers to solve claims for weight loss, quality rejection, goods returned shipments, not in-time shipments, shipping documents issues….  Support FOB section colleagues for documents and related tasks.  Support VOV to split truck-in lots in inventory file if any. Others: Other tasks are assigned by Logistics Manager

Skills and Experience • Well versed with INCOTERMS • Good experience in shipping logistics, documentations • Strong PC skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Must be able to work within tight deadlines with minimum supervision. • Logical & numerate with good analytical and interpersonal skills. • Good planning and coordination skills, independent yet good team player. • Must be very organized and meticulous with good attention to detail. • Must be able to manage and work well with Business IT systems. • Good time management • Ability to work overtime as and when required. • Collaboration • Work independently and under high pressure. • Build, maintain and develop the work relationship. • Good at communication in English • Honest, hardworking, and fast learning • Good computer skills (Ms Office Word, Excel, Power Point)
