Logistics Executive - Commodity Trading

Report to: Operation Manager
Working Location: ADM Vietnam - 65 Le Loi Boulevard, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Monitoring and coordination for cargo unloading at the port, cargo movement and delivery, and transportation.
Manage and coordinate with the service provider for the staffing, labor, and heavy equipment requirements and operational activities at warehouses.
preparing daily and monthly reports for inventories, such as but not limited to products, PP bags, and yarn, and maintaining accurate reports.
Perform process control for cargo shrinkage.
Monitoring and coordination of cargo weekly quality report with 3rd party service provider
responsible for maintaining cargo quality and taking preventive actions.
Perform data/documents verification provided by 3rd party service providers such as but not limited to port handlers and warehouse handlers.
Perform monthly warehouse inspections with the relevant party.
Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews, product quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
Implement appropriate safety guidelines and perform a regular safety inspections.
Perform warehouse space utilization by monitoring cargo delivery, and shipment arrivals, and maximizing storage efficiency.
Participate in developing and implementing the organization's goals, objectives, policies, and priorities.
Meets warehouse financial budget costs by monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
keeps equipment/machinery operating by troubleshooting breakdowns, requiring preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.
Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
