Logistics Executive (Labour Contract Via 3Rd Party)

 Responsibilities • Cooperate with suppliers/ forwarder for import & export customs clearance matters. • Daily liaison with vendors, 3PLs, customers and internal departments to pursue timely goods receiving/delivery and document provision. • Coordinate all requirements of Planning and Customer Service to meet customer requirements for internal transfer and delivery. • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all inventory transactions and physical movement of products from receipt to stocking, to distribution. • Drive to meet OTD (on time delivery) target and other KPIs set for. • Maintain accuracy of inventory by cycle count, physical inventories, and implementation of corrective actions. • Responsible for daily transactional posting in system and meet month end closing requirements. • Keep track and follow up all payments relating to logistics operation. • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiorComply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of Individual/function responsibility. • Other duties as assigned from time to time. • Support and promoting all SHE programs.

Qualifications • Has a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 2-3 years of experience in logistics area • Any education background with equivalent relevant experience and knowledge • Microsoft Office • Familiar with WMS or other Logistics system module
