Logistics Executive (Outbound)

Execute daily logistics operations:

• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to streamline logistics processes and reduce lead times.

• Logistic planning of all the shipments in line with requirements and in coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.

• Managing multiple lines of communication between factory, customers, logistics service providers and other stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance to respective trade and destination requirements on legal, transportation and customs authority.

• Operational logistics optimization:

• Responsible for end-to-end logistics operations including customs clearance, logistics documentation and transportation.

• Secure logistics quality of service towards customers, incl. claim and complaints management / root cause analysis / loss removal.

• Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.

Job Requirement:

• Requires knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline and some specific technical/operational practices built through limited job experience.

• 2 years operational experience in the area of expertise

• Native Vietnamese level and English at professional level are required
